Charles' Law

Charles Law is that when the volume of a fixed gas at a constant pressure is directly proportional to the absolute (kelvin) temperature of the gas. This formula can be mathematically expressed as :
V1/T1=V2/T2 Where the V is Volume and T is the Kelvin Temperature.This law says that if the temperature increases then the volume of the gas will also increase at a constant pressure.

Absolute Zero means that when the particles in an object do not move. This is not yet discovered but its only a theory.
